- For any exceptional cases, such as technical errors or duplicate payments, you may contact us within 24 hours of the transaction for review.
- Sai Vakshetram reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
- Donations made to Sai Vakshetram are non-refundable.
- Refunds for digital products, services, or puja bookings will only be processed in cases of service non-fulfillment due to technical issues or unavoidable circumstances.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
3. Rescheduling of Services
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled puja or service, we offer a one-time rescheduling option, subject to availability.
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
